I built XD Commercial from a simple observation: Maryland's industrial and warehouse market was underserved by firms with real owner experience. After years of watching institutional-quality assets get mismanaged by advisors who had never operated a property themselves, I knew there was a better way to do this.
We designed this firm from day one as an owner-operator. Not just a brokerage that gives advice, but a team that buys, manages, and lives with the consequences of every decision.
